A free dazzling drone show on Saturday night saw around 20,000 people gather on Darling Harbor forecourts for a vibrant spring-themed display.

The world’s current largest industrial land transformation project has taken a major step forward, with a rezoning proposal released today to revitalise 200 hectares of land at BlueScope’s Port Kembla site.

Patients at Wollongong Hospital can now access a new and upgraded Medical Ambulatory Care (MAC) Unit at the hospital, as part of a $21.9 million investment from the Minns Labor Government to enhance health services and infrastructure at Wollongong Hospital.

Assessment timeframes in major developments will be cut further as the Minns Government integrates Artificial Intelligence solutions into the assessment of State Significant Development (SSD) applications.

The first residents have started moving into 430 new homes at the Hills Showground village, marking the completion of the latest development under the NSW Government’s Sydney Metro Northwest Places initiative.  

The Minns Labor Government will deliver Sydney’s first new heavy rail station in more than a decade – enabling up to 10,000 new homes by rezoning land around Woollahra and Edgecliff stations, right next to the CBD, to tackle the housing crisis and rebalance growth across the city.

Wollongong Hospital has become the latest NSW hospital to recruit the required staff and roster towards Safe Staffing Levels, as the Minns Labor Government continues to deliver on its promise to deliver staffing reform.

The National Reconstruction Fund (NRF), Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) and the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF) announced a strategic partnership aimed at significantly strengthening Australia’s sovereign industrial capability. 

A further 28 projects have been declared as State Significant Development following recommendations from the Housing Delivery Authority (HDA).
