Member for Wollongong Paul Scully said today’s announcement that the Wollongong Hospital ‘ghost ward’ will be refurbished and more beds made available, while Warrawong will benefit from a new purpose-built community health centre, and Fairy Meadow will receive a brand new ambulance station, were the result of months of lobbying for improved local health services.
